Summary
This study tested new ways to prevent patient falls in hospitals. Over 5,000 adult patients and their nurses took part. Some units used a computer alert to predict fall risk, others used cameras to monitor patients, and some used both. The goal was to see if these tools could reduce falls and injuries while also making nurses' jobs easier.
