New study aims to prevent falls in seniors with muscle loss and arthritis

Summary

This study looks at a fall prevention program for older adults (65+) who have sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) and knee or hip arthritis. The goal is to improve balance and reduce fall risk using a personalized approach. About 50 participants will be observed to see how well the program works.
