Summary
This study aims to understand why older adults with muscle loss (sarcopenia) and arthritis are at high risk for falls. Researchers will observe 50 participants in Italy, tracking their balance, strength, and daily function over time. The goal is to gather detailed information to help design better, personalized fall prevention programs in the future.
