Summary
This study tested the Otago Exercise Program in 40 adults aged 65 and older to see if it improves balance, mobility, and prevents falls. Participants either did supervised group exercises or an unsupervised home version. The goal was to measure changes in walking speed and the Timed Up and Go test, which assesses functional mobility.
