First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether entering 'fake carbs' into an insulin pump improves blood sugar control in children and teens with type 1 diabetes. About 40 kids aged 7-18 who use the MiniMed 780G system will be observed over two weeks. The goal is to see if this common practice actually helps or not, and to provide clear guidance for families.
