Quick therapy tested to ease mental distress
NCT ID NCT07341425
Summary
This study is testing if a short-term talk therapy called FACT is practical and helpful for adults feeling significant anxiety, depression, or stress. Sixty participants in Denmark will be randomly assigned to either try up to five therapy sessions or be placed on a four-month waitlist. The main goal is to see if this brief approach is feasible and if it helps reduce feelings of distress compared to waiting.
