New therapy aims to ease Parents' stress in feeding disorder battle

Summary

This study tests a short therapy program called FACT (Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for parents of children aged 2-6 with pediatric feeding disorder. About 80 parents will be randomly assigned to FACT or a placebo program. The goal is to see if FACT reduces parents' stress, anxiety, and depression, and improves mealtime behaviors.
