Summary
This study tests whether two 90-minute sessions of Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in parents of children aged 2-6 with pediatric feeding disorder. About 80 parents will be randomly assigned to FACT or a nutrition education control group. Researchers will track mental health and mealtime behaviors over several months.
