Summary
This study looked at whether washing fat with saline before injecting it into the face improves skin appearance more than using unwashed fat. Twenty-six healthy women aged 35 to 70 with visible signs of aging received fat grafts on both sides of their face. Researchers measured changes in wrinkles, skin texture, and pigmentation over 12 months.
