Summary
This study is testing whether facial acupuncture can help people with insomnia sleep better. It will involve 82 young adults (ages 16-30) who have trouble sleeping. Researchers will use specific acupuncture points on the face, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, and measure changes in sleep quality, anxiety, and body temperature patterns to see if it works.
