New shot tested for stubborn arthritis pain

NCT ID NCT07245992

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new drug called F8IL10, which is injected directly into an inflamed joint. Researchers want to find the highest dose that is safe and well-tolerated in adults with rheumatoid arthritis who still have flare-ups despite their regular medications. The main goal is to determine the best dose for future studies, while also checking for any early signs that the injection might help reduce joint pain and swelling.
