New hope for high blood pressure in lungs begins human testing
NCT ID NCT06899815
Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new oral drug called F230, which is being developed to treat pulmonary hypertension—a serious condition of high blood pressure in the lungs. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how it moves through the body in 136 healthy volunteers. Researchers will test different single and multiple doses, and see if taking the pill with food changes its effects, to find a safe dose for future studies in patients.
