New combo tackles melanoma that resists standard therapy

Summary
This study tests a new combination of three drugs (tazemetostat, dabrafenib, and trametinib) in people with advanced melanoma that has a BRAF mutation and has stopped responding to standard treatment. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combo can help control the cancer. About 16 adults with this type of melanoma are taking part.
