Summary
This study compares three different materials (hard palate tissue, ear cartilage, and a special pig skin product) used as spacer grafts to repair droopy lower eyelids. Researchers will measure eyelid height and check for complications in 100 adults who already had this surgery. The goal is to find which graft gives the best results.
