Summary

This study compares three types of spacer grafts (hard palate tissue, ear cartilage, and a porcine skin product) used to repair lower eyelid retraction. Researchers will measure eyelid height and track complications in 100 adults who had this surgery. The goal is to determine which graft material gives the best results.
