Can your eyes help heal your mind? new depression treatment trial

NCT ID NCT07364981

Summary

This study tests whether a computer-based attention training program can help reduce symptoms of depression. The program uses eye-tracking technology to gently guide participants' gaze away from sad images and toward happy ones during four training sessions. Researchers will measure changes in depression symptoms before, immediately after, and three months after the training to see if this approach provides lasting relief.
