NCT ID NCT07582042

First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study watches how vision changes over two years in 50 people aged 65-90 with geographic atrophy (a form of dry age-related macular degeneration) who are already taking the drug pegcetacoplan. Researchers will use a special vision test that maps light sensitivity near damaged areas of the retina. The goal is to see if this test can be used in regular clinic visits to track the disease better.
