Doctors probe link between muscle thickness and surgery success for crossed eyes
NCT ID NCT07152964
Summary
This study aims to understand if the thickness of a specific eye muscle affects how well surgery corrects crossed eyes (esotropia). Researchers will measure the muscle in 28 patients before they undergo a standard surgical procedure. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help surgeons better predict and plan for surgical outcomes.
