Doctors test lower radiation for eye cancer to reduce side effects
NCT ID NCT06432660
Summary
This study is creating a registry to track patients with eye melanoma who receive radiation plaque therapy. Researchers want to see if using lower radiation doses can still effectively control the tumor while causing fewer side effects like vision problems. The study follows 42 patients at Duke University to compare outcomes between different radiation dose levels.
