Summary
This study is testing if a special, custom-made contact lens (called PROSE) can improve mental health in people with severe dry eye disease. The lens is designed to protect the eye, reduce pain, and improve vision. Researchers want to see if relieving these difficult eye symptoms also helps reduce symptoms of depression.
