Summary
This study is testing a new diagnostic method to find infections that might be causing serious eye inflammation when standard tests can't find a cause. Researchers will analyze fluid from the eyes of 36 adults with unexplained inflammation, using a technique that can detect nearly all known germs. The goal is to see if this new test can identify infections that lead to better, more targeted treatments for patients.
