Summary

This study tests if simple eye exercises can improve walking, balance, and reduce fear of falling in people with Parkinson's disease. About 34 adults with mild to moderate Parkinson's will do supervised eye-movement training. The goal is to see if this easy, drug-free approach can make daily movement safer and easier.
