Summary
This study is testing whether a special eye exercise program can help older adults in nursing homes sleep better. Researchers will have 68 participants follow a 3-month program of guided eye movements and weekly coaching sessions. They want to see if this approach improves sleep quality and helps people develop better sleep habits.
