Summary

This study tested whether a simple, daily eye-movement exercise program could improve balance in young athletes. 139 basketball, football, and boxing athletes aged 15-30 performed 10 minutes of specific eye exercises daily for six weeks. Researchers measured their balance and reaction time before and after to see if the training helped.
