NCT ID NCT07430384
First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested whether a six-week program of eye-movement exercises could improve balance in 139 athletes aged 15-30 who play basketball, football, or boxing. Participants did six different eye exercises for 10 minutes daily, starting on both legs and later on one leg on a rubber mat. Balance was measured using a special machine and a standing test. The goal was to see if these exercises help the eyes, inner ear, and body work together better for improved stability.
