Summary

This Phase 3 trial tests whether oxymetazoline eye drops can safely lift droopy eyelids (acquired blepharoptosis) in 234 adults. Participants use the drops twice daily for 14 days. The main goal is to measure how much the eyelid lifts, and patients will also report if they feel improvement. If successful, it may provide a drug alternative to eyelid surgery.
