Summary
This study aims to learn more about eye diseases by observing and providing standard treatment to up to 1,000 people over 5 years. Participants will have regular eye exams, tests, and may receive medications or procedures as part of their routine care. The goal is to better understand how eye diseases progress and are inherited, not to test a new treatment.
