New drugs target itchy, red eyes from seasonal allergies

NCT ID NCT07309432

Summary

This study is testing two new antibody drugs, alone and together, to see if they can safely reduce the itchy and red eyes caused by birch pollen allergy. About 350 people with confirmed birch pollen eye allergies will receive either the real drugs or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the drugs are more effective than a placebo at lowering allergy symptoms during controlled pollen exposure.
