New registry aims to unlock secrets of rare gynecologic Paget's disease

Summary

This study is creating a registry of 100 women diagnosed with extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) of the vulva or perianal area. Researchers will collect information on treatments, outcomes, and long-term survival, as well as tissue and swab samples to better understand the disease and the skin microbiome. The goal is to gather knowledge that could improve future care for this rare condition.
