Summary
This study looks at whether an online expressive writing workshop can improve emotional wellness in young adults (ages 18-39) with blood cancer. About 100 participants will take part in a four-week writing program and complete surveys over 12 weeks. Researchers will compare their mental wellbeing and stress levels to those who wait four weeks before starting the program.
