Summary

This study looks at whether a writing program called Expressive Helping can improve emotional well-being for Chinese American cancer survivors. About 108 people who finished cancer treatment within the last 5 years will write about their experiences. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps reduce depressive symptoms.
