Summary
This study aims to create practical guidelines for doctors and healthcare systems on how to best use two modern tools for preventing heart disease: wearable fitness trackers and genetic risk scores. A small panel of experts in cardiology, personalized medicine, and digital health will participate in anonymous online surveys to reach agreement on recommendations. The goal is to help healthcare providers effectively integrate these technologies into routine patient care for better heart disease prevention.
