NCT ID NCT04298255

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 04, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study is testing an experimental fertility procedure called Round Spermatid Injection (ROSI) for couples where the male partner has a specific type of infertility that leaves him with no mature sperm. Researchers aim to see if using very early, immature sperm cells from the man can reliably lead to pregnancy through a process similar to IVF. The study will enroll up to 50 couples to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of this method compared to using donor sperm.
