Summary
This program offers a personalized cancer vaccine to patients with solid tumors that have spread or are locally advanced. It is for people who have run out of standard treatment options or cannot take them, and who have a less than 50% chance of surviving 5 years. The vaccine is made to target unique markers on each person's tumor, aiming to train the immune system to fight the cancer.
