First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety of a new drug called Exl-111 in 70 healthy volunteers. The study has two parts: one where people get a single dose, and another where they get multiple doses. Some participants will receive the drug, some a placebo, and some an existing allergy medicine (omalizumab). The goal is to see if Exl-111 is safe and how the body processes it, as a first step toward treating allergic diseases.
