First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests a new approach to hand therapy for people with early-stage Parkinson's disease. Instead of just using a video game on a screen, participants will play games that involve touching and moving real objects. The goal is to see if this 'phygital' method improves hand dexterity better than digital games alone. The study will involve 30 participants over 12 weeks.
