Summary
This study compares two types of exercise—a fun video game program and standard strength/balance training—in people aged 65+ who have mild memory complaints and walk slowly. The goal is to see which approach better improves their walking, balance, and thinking skills. 60 participants will be assigned to one of the two programs for a set period.
