Video games vs. exercise: a new battle for brain health in seniors
NCT ID NCT07045259
Summary
This study aims to see if a fun, video game-based exercise program (exergaming) works better than traditional neuromuscular exercises for improving walking, balance, and thinking skills in older adults. Researchers will enroll 60 people aged 65 and older who are showing early signs of memory and movement issues. The goal is to find the best activity to help seniors stay physically and mentally sharp.
