Summary

This study compares two types of core exercise programs for children aged 8-13 with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). One group will do standard core stabilization exercises, while the other will play active video games (exergaming) that target the same core muscles. Both programs last 12 weeks, with two 45-minute sessions per week. The goal is to see which approach better improves physical fitness, strength, and daily function.
