Doctors prescribe video games to get heart patients off the couch

Summary
This study is testing if specially designed video games that require physical movement (exergames) can help inactive people with heart failure sit less and move more. About 750 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive standard activity advice or use the exergame program for 3 months. The goal is to see if playing these games improves their daily activity, fitness, and overall quality of life.
