Summary

This study tests whether a 6-week program of therapeutic video games (exergames) can improve movement, balance, and quality of life in older adults with mild cognitive impairment living in long-term care. About 38 participants will either play exergames or do standard physiotherapy. Researchers will measure changes in walking, daily activities, and fear of falling to see if the digital approach is safe and effective.
