Summary
This study is testing if a computer-based stepping game can help older adults with mild memory problems. The game combines mental and physical tasks, aiming to reduce their high risk of falls and improve their thinking, balance, and quality of life. Researchers will enroll 70 participants to see if this fun, interactive training is effective for this group.
