Summary
This study compares a video game-based exercise program (using Ring Fit Adventure on Nintendo Switch) to a standard home exercise program for women aged 30-70 with fibromyalgia. The goal is to see if the game makes exercise more enjoyable and effective at reducing pain, improving balance, and boosting quality of life. Twenty participants will exercise twice a week for four weeks, with follow-up assessments.
