Summary
This study is testing if a special type of light exercise, combined with blood flow restriction, can help people with chronic kidney disease. The goal is to see if this easier workout can improve their fitness, reduce fatigue, and make daily activities less difficult. Researchers will compare results in 120 people, including both healthy volunteers and those with kidney disease.
