Can exercise supercharge weight loss for obese teens?
NCT ID NCT07409064
Summary
This study is looking at how adding exercise to a weight loss program affects the health of young people with obesity. It focuses on two things: the level of fats in their blood and how well their blood vessels work. About 110 participants, aged 10 to 20, will wear an activity tracker and be in the study for 6 months to see if more physical activity leads to better improvements.
