This study looked at whether a 4-week program of group exercise, walking, and education could help elderly nursing home residents feel less depressed and anxious, and improve their quality of life and mobility. 44 seniors aged 65 and older took part. The program involved three 40-minute exercise sessions and three 30-minute walks each week, plus one 60-minute education session. The goal was to see if these activities could make a real difference in a short time.
