Summary
This study tested whether a 4-week program of group exercise, walking, and education could improve depression, anxiety, quality of life, and spinal mobility in 44 nursing home residents aged 65 and older. Participants exercised three times a week and attended one educational session. The goal was to see if these simple activities could quickly boost mental and physical well-being.
