Summary
This study compared two different activity programs to see which might better help people with schizophrenia. Researchers tested whether regular physical exercise or training using virtual reality (VR) could improve physical abilities, thinking skills, and quality of life. The study involved 45 participants who were divided into groups doing either exercise, VR training, or standard occupational therapy.
