Summary

This study aims to understand if people who exercise regularly are better protected from the negative health effects of a short night's sleep. Researchers will compare how sleep deprivation affects blood sugar control, blood vessel health, and thinking skills in 48 healthy adults with different exercise habits. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help design better health advice for people who don't get enough sleep.
