Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—conventional exercise and Pilates—in 40 adults aged 60 and older who are frail or pre-frail. Participants will do their assigned program twice a week for 6 weeks. The goal is to see which approach better improves frailty, balance, strength, and daily function.
