Can a new workout unlock hidden vitamin d?
NCT ID NCT07300332
Summary
This study is investigating whether a specific type of high-intensity interval training can help the body release Vitamin D that is stored in fat tissue. It will involve 30 adults with overweight or obesity who will either follow the exercise program or maintain their usual routine over a 12-week winter period. The goal is to understand if this exercise can improve Vitamin D levels without requiring participants to lose weight.
