Can watching videos help seniors stop falling?
NCT ID NCT07199790
Summary
This study aims to see if adding video observation to a standard exercise program can better improve balance and prevent falls in adults aged 65 and older who are at risk of falling. Researchers will compare four groups: one doing exercises alone, one watching videos of exercises, and two groups combining both. The goal is to find a simple, low-cost method that community centers could use to help keep older adults safe and independent.
